- First, you will enjoy the same look, feel, and features, regardless of what device you use – be it phone, tablet, laptop or PC.
- Second, you’ll be able to access all your CommonWealth One accounts using ONE user ID and password. When you log in to your main account, you will be able to create a link to any joint accounts you have at the credit union, i.e. accounts with your spouse or children, etc.
- Next, you will be able to set your preferred method of authentication for logging in to your online account. In addition to traditional methods, you will have the option of using Facial Recognition and Touch ID, provided your device has that capability.
- Everything will be front and center. Access to favorites like Bill Pay, Money Tools and more, will be easy to find without having to click through several layers of menus to get to them.
- And finally, with the new online and mobile banking services, you’ll be able to place stop payments on checks, submit wire transfer requests, and more without ever having to speak to a representative. Of course, if you prefer, you’re always welcome to call us. In fact, you’ll be able to schedule a callback or an appointment with a representative within the system as well!
- Know Your Account Number: You will need to re-enroll in digital banking and your account number will be required. You can locate your account number on our mobile app or your checks.
- Existing Users: On February 9, you will need to enroll in the new digital banking service by creating a User ID and password the first time you access the system. You can do so through the online banking platform or the new mobile app.
- New Users: Enrollment into online and mobile banking will be disabled between February 7 and 8. Anyone not already enrolled in these services by February 6, will need to wait until we launch the new digital banking service on February 9 to enroll.
- Bill Pay Users: Bill Pay service is will be unavailable between February 7 and February 8. Any payments scheduled prior to February 7 will occur as scheduled. Please schedule any payment(s) you wish to occur between February 7 and February 11, on or before February 6. All your payees will migrate to the new system.
- Recurring Transfer Users: If you have recurring transfers between CommonWealth One share, loan or credit card accounts, you will need to program these transactions in the new system when we go live on February 9.
- Mobile Banking Users: On February 9, you will need to download the new mobile banking app from your app store. The old mobile banking app will no longer work after February 8.
- MoneyTools Users: MoneyTools access will be limited to viewing only from February 7 and February 8. All savings goals, alerts, budgets, aggregated accounts, etc., programmed prior to February 6, will migrate to the new system.
- QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint Users: A file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by February 6. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
- Update Your Contact Information – Make sure we have your most current contact information on file – name, address, phone number(s), and email. If anything is incorrect, now is the time to update it. You can confirm and update your contact information within online banking by clicking the “Settings” tab, or you can download or complete the Contact Information Change Request Form online.
- Make Notes – Make a note of all your recurring transfers - accounts, amounts, frequency, dates, etc.. Instructions are provided here.
- Download Your Files - Create a data file backup and a final transaction download of your Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint files.
- Check Your Inbox, Mailbox and Our Website - Bookmark cofcu.org/digital-banking. We’ll have FAQs, tutorials, reminders, and updates on our new online and mobile banking platforms. Also, be sure to read the mail, emails, and text messages we will send you over the coming weeks. Some messages will be about special promotions and events, but the majority of our communications will include important updates and reminders regarding our new digital banking services.
Action Item: Schedule any payment(s) you wish to occur between February 7 and February 11, on or before February 6.
- Bill Pay service is will be unavailable between February 7 and February 8. During this period, you will not be able set up payments, edit payments, or stop payments. Regular Bill Pay service will resume on February 9.
- Any payments scheduled prior to February 7 will occur as scheduled.
- The bill pay system will remain unchanged and all your payees will migrate to the new system.
Action Item: Make note of your recurring transfers --- account from, account to, amount, frequency, end date, etc.
- If you have recurring transfers between CommonWealth One share, loan or credit card accounts, you will need to program these transactions in the new system when we go live on February 9.

Action Item: Create and download backup files by February 6
- Create a data file backup and a final transaction download of your Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint files.
- After your enroll in the new CommonWealth One digital banking service and create your new username and password, set up your Quicken, QuickBooks, and Mint accounts with the new connection by deactivating and reactivating the connection between your software and your CommonWealth One account.
Action Item: On February 9, you will need to delete the old app from your device and install the new CommonWealth One mobile banking app from your app store.
- The old mobile banking app will no longer work after February 8. Delete this app from your mobile device on February 8.
- Go to your app store and install the new digital banking app on February 9.
- You can enroll in our new digital banking directly from the new mobile app. Once you enroll, you can use your same username and password to log in to online banking.
